2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 309(4) of the B.N.S.

3. The First Information Report discloses that three unknown persons looted an amount of Rs. 1,22,484/- from the informant along with a mobile and some other articles which was kept in the bag along with the collected money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the F.I.R was lodged against unknown three miscreants and the name of the petitioners have transpired during the course of investigation as they have all been remanded from Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024 wherein it is said that they have confessed their involvement in the present case. It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that till date

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34396 of 2025(2) dt.28-05-2025 2/2 no Test Identification Parade has been conducted in the case to establish the complicity of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2024 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33022 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur on the condition that the petitioner would appear before the learned trial Court on each and every date till the charges are framed.
