JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case petitioner is seeking bail in Manjhi P.S.Case No.174 of 2011 registered under Sections 304(B), 21/34 IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner has been made that he is involved in the death of the victim, as the demand of dowry was not fulfilled.

Already one witness has been examined. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, the court below is directed to conclude the trial within nine months. If the trial is not completed within that period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
