The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is mother-inlaw and petitioner no. 3 brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased and they are separate in mess and property and have got no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45973 of 2021(4) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
