This application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 34607 of 2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 26.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 34607 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44789 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 2020, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with C2A No.150 of 2019, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Vaishali at Hajipur, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of petitioner is extended for six weeks from today. The order dated 26.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 34607 of 2020 is modified to the said extent.
