JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.03.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, except one case which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 47 A of the Excise Act and Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
