The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.409 of 2025, arising out of Karahgar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed his wife. The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2025. 4.

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. He further submits that due to illness the deceased was

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

There is no external injury on the body of the deceased. Further, the postmortem report does not indicate the presence of any poison in the body of the deceased, which is alleged by the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts together with the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and in the trial only charges have been framed, this bail application is allowed. 8.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-X, Rohtas at Sasaram / concerned Court below, in connection with Karahgar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear personally or through his advocate on each and every date fixed in the trial. 9.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at
