The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused is of killing the husband of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.05.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. It is a case of last seen. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.34106 of 2015 and 18036 of 2015. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39531 of 2015 (4) dt.29-10-2015 2/2 the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in Naya Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 166 of 2014.
