The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that policy of the informant had not matured and that was the reason, payment to him was not made. It is further contended on behalf of the petitioner that moreover, petitioner is ready to return the amount of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Town P.S. Case no. 588/2014 subject to condition that within four months from the date of his release,
