JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 At the outset, the leaned counsel for the petitioner seeks to add the District Provident Fund Officer, Buxar as respondent no. 8 to the present writ petition. Let the same be done during the course of the day. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 7 Shri Vijay Shankar Upadhyay submits that all the retiral dues of the petitioner except the amount of G.P.F., has been sanctioned and paid, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 8 to pay the G.P.F. amount along with interest within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
