JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the report dated 9.11.2022, submitted before this Court by the Additional Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Excise Court 2nd, Vaishali at Hajipur, the trial is on the verge of completion, hence, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at the moment.
