JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that all the outstanding retiral benefits of the petitioner, as admissible, have already stood paid.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some portion regarding which the petitioner is still aggrieved.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4347 of 2018(6) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 This Court finds that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner should approach the departmental authority for redressal of the same by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be appropriately disposed off and the grievance of the petitioner shall be redressed within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
