JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of information given by spy of the police and after that one witness namely, Sitaram Manjhi claimed to have seen the petitioner and other accused going on motorcycle carrying a bag. Petitioner is in jail custody since long but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S.Case
