JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to designate the post on which the petitioner is working as Graduate Grade (Block) Teacher in accordance with Rule 4(ii) read with Rule 18 of the Bihar Panchayat Primary Teacher (Employment and Service Condition) Rule, 2012 with effect from 03.04.2012, and accordingly, pay the salary of the Graduate Grade (Trained Teacher) as per Rule 15 of the Rule, 2012, as has been settled by the learned Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 18.09.2018 passed in L.P.A. Having regard to the short grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, and in case such a representation is filed, the same shall be filed by the respondent no. 3 within a period of eight weeks thereafter considering the aforesaid judgment rendered in the case of Anil Kumar Pandey (supra).
