2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the competent respondent to make payment of the current as well as arrear of salary of the petitioner."

3. Petitioner's grievance stated in representations vide Annexure- 13, 14, 15, 17,18 ad 19 have not been decided by the competent authority.
4. Therefore, the competent authority is hereby directed to pass speaking order on the petitioner's representations in redressing his grievance either accepting or rejecting. If it is to be rejected by the competent authority, a detailed speaking order shall be passed and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. If petitioner is entitled, in that event, extend all service and monetary benefits to him. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
