The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that from the driver of the informant mobile and rupees one thousand were robbed. The name of the petitioner sprang up in confession of the co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confession there is no material against the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.34588 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
