This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahua P.S. Case No. 319 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 353, 413, 414, 504, 341, 342, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of Prevention of Damage to Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.
