JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about seven cases and he has been identified in Test Identification Parade by the witness, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt/production
