2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant gave the consideration amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- to the petitioner for purchasing land but he fraudulently executed the sale deed in his name and also refused to return the said amount to informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioenr has never taken money from the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38840 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 as alleged. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial of this case.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
