The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended along with Ram Niwas Chouhan and from possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol with a cartridge was recovered.

It is submitted that Ram Niwas Chouhan from whose possession one country made pistol was recovered has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33520 of 2015 on 18.08.2015. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
