2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has challenged the notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (hereinafter referred to as, "the Act") dated 08.05.2023.
3. The present Writ Petition is disposed of granting
Patna High Court CWJC No.9031 of 2023(21) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said notice or any other consequential notice before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, under Section 17 of the Act within a period of four weeks from today.
4. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
