The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 780 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission that there is a case and counter case and the injuries sustained by Subodh Ram are simple and superficial in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28897 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 2 / 2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
