360 litres of country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 16-05-2015. Admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the place of occurrence. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the above-said recovery has been made from joint house.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37839 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 in connection with Excise Case No. 20 of 2013, Tr. No. 2743 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari.
