JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioners are named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against the petitioners on account of previous dispute. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 05.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.32914 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Nagarnausa P. S. Case No. 44 of 2019.
