JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and co-accused, Rajeev Kumar are said to have given knife blow to injured of this case. Both the above-said injured sustained stab injury on their vital part of the body and so many injuries were found on their persons but the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 22-05-2015 and furthermore, the final opinion regarding the nature of injury could not be obtained by the I.O. as yet.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34410 of 2015 (3) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
