Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No.62 of 2020. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are agnates. There is case and counter case and all the Sections are bailable, except Section 379 of the IPC. He has submitted further that good

No.45224 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 sense has prevailed upon both the parties and they have filed compromise petition in the present case as well as in the counter case, xerox copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure-2. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned .C.J.M.-I, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauria P.S.Case No.62 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
