The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that Harihar Yadav sold the motorcycle to the petitioner on the pretext that his daughter was to be married.

There is no material to show that petitioner committed any theft. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in jail since 22.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34607 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 P2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas(Sasaram) in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 171/2015.
