Counsel submits that in the light of the subsequent development, it is necessary to challenge Annexure-G. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition granting liberty to challenge the letter No.1225 dated 21.12.2017 (annexed as Annexure-G of the counter affidavit).
