JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 0605-2015 in a case registered under Sections-341, 344, 366A, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against petitioner is that he was caught on the spot but managed to escape from the place of occurrence.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was brutally assaulted by the informant and his associates when on the alleged date of occurrence; he refused to disclose the whereabouts of co-accused, Nitish

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Atul Kumar Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Samastipur.
