The petitioner seeks bail in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 60/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

60 quintals of rice was recovered from a tractor and it was suspected that the petitioner sold the rice for black-marketing. The shop of the petitioner was searched and found 157 quintals wheat and 180 quintals of rice which was for the purpose of distribution among the beneficiaries.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial
