2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with POSCO Case No. 67/2023 arising out of Dumraon P.S. Case No. 227 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(DA), 370, 370A of IPC and 6 of POCSO Act and sections 3 (i)(r)(s)(w)(i)(ii, 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits this is the 2nd attempt for regular bail of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 60532 of 2023.

4. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. On perusal of materials on record and considering

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39410 of 2025(3) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no fresh ground for the regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
