JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that two injuries said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon were found on the dead body of the deceased. There is allegation of torturing and illegal demand of dowry.

Admittedly, deceased died within 5 to 6 months of her marriage.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34846 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No. 301 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U T
