JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-07-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the joining of the petitioner has now been allowed. The same however gives rise to a new cause of action, as the petitioner is not satisfied with the joining afresh without considering the length of service in the meantime.

The submission is that for the grievances which the petitioner may have now liberty be granted to move the Court by appropriate proceeding. He however submits that nothing survives in the contempt application.
