It is admitted case of the informant that her marriage was solemnized with one Mustakim Mian eleven years ago and just after the marriage, petitioner established physical relationship with her and due to the aforesaid physical relationship, she gave birth to three children and later on, petitioner took some cash from the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact, the father of informant had borrowed some money from the petitioner and when petitioner demanded his money, the informant lodged the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36126 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015.
