Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For direction/order to the respondent authority concern to pay the amount of death claim of wife
Patna High Court CWJC No.9397 of 2022 dt.04-08-2022 2/2 of petitioner namely Mrs. Sheela Devi (the policy holder) in favour of petitioner (the sole claimant).
(ii) For the statutory interest on the delayed payment of claim amount of death of wife o petitioner. (iii) For other relief/reliefs as your Lordships may be deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to initiate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
Prayer allowed.
We are hopeful that considering the attending circumstances, as and when, such proceedings are initiated, the same shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months thereafter.
The instant petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
