The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Informant, Project Manager of M/s EMC Limited alleged that he got the work of electric connection in the house of BPL families but the company has appointed the sub-contractor for the work after having sanction from South Bihar Power Distribution Company. The petitioner was entrusted to stall transformer in village Narsimha but the petitioner found that a transformer is stalled in village Narsimha and on direction of the Supervisor of the Company petitioner stalled the aforesaid transformer in village Khaira. It is submitted that the petitioner has not misappropriated in stalling the transformer.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23407 of 2016 (3) dt.28-07-2016 Considering the facts aforesaid, the Petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Town P.S.
