JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, District Saran at Chapra for enforcement of his earlier order dated 30.03.2013 passed in Encroachment Case No. 02 of 2012-13. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the said order dated 30.03.2013 has not been annulled by any higher forum/ court of law, the same shall be enforced by the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, District Saran at Chapra within a period of 12 weeks of
