The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that his niece Pramila Kumari was killed by her husband and his family members. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The dead body of the deceased was found buried in the earth. The deceased died due to asphyxia. The petitioner is the mother-inlaw of the deceased and she is in jail since January, 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
