The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Excise Case No.24 of 2019 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 30(A) of Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the co-accused Brajesh Kumar Rai.
