JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 37(a) (b) (c) and 56 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Prosecution story is that police on information of manufacturing of liquor raided the place and arrested the petitioner and other accused persons and several articles were recovered, including 5 litres of liquor and it further appears that petitioner is accused in one more case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for more than three months, charge sheet has been

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.Case No. 234 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
