2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One country made pistol and a cartridge have been recovered from a house of which petitioner is the owner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. House in question is joint family property. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that one country made pistol has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that there is allegation of
