2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos.2 to 4 vide order dated 25.04.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Siwan in A.B.P. No.708 of 2024 arising out of Maharajganj P.S. Case No.89 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
