The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20-03-2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a) and 30(b) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that 20 litres of country made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that actually, on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in the present case.
Learned APP submits that the recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the nature of recovery and the period in

No.34782 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, District- West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S.
