His grievance is that the road over bridge would create more problem when the flow of water from the river Ganga enters their village or their habitat. 2 In our view, it is not a matter in which Court's intervention is required, for no fault in the planning is pointed out. There is a vague apprehension, unfounded on facts. We are cognizant
