Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

As per order dated 27.09.2021, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no. 1 above named has dismissed as withdrawn and is now restricted to petitioner no. 2 above named only.

The petitioner no. 2 apprehends her arrest in connection with Siwan M.H. Nagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45135 of 2021(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, she is mother-in-law and there is direct allegation of torture and demand of dowry. It is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
