2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No.46 of 2024 lodged under Sections 341, 342, 307, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. read with sections 25(1-B)a/ 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against ten known and unknown accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation of indiscriminate firing. The specific allegation against two named accused persons for firing other than the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that there is nothing specific against the petitioner of firing. He

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2024 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is allegation of indiscriminate firing in the F.I.R.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIth, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No.46 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
