2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this petition is being filed before this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to complete and conclude the selection proceedings for appointment of ParaMedical Workers (Leprosy) on contract basis, including this petitioner, for which the process was started in the year 2013 but without cogent reason and rhyme for delaying the appointment inordinately or for any other order/direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10500 of 2020 dt.11-01-2022 2/2 respondents for granting relief to the petitioner for which he may be deemed entitled to."

3. The concerned selecting and appointing authority is hereby directed to conclude the process of selection to the post of Para Medical Workers (Leprosy) on contractual basis which is stated to have commenced in the year 2013, if it is not completed as on today.

4. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. If there is any hurdle in conclusion of selection and appointment to Para Medical Workers (Leprosy), necessary detailed order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
