Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner pertains to non-approval of the services by the respondents on the post Post Graduate Trained Teacher with effect from the date of appointment. He submits that petitioner may be permitted to file an exhaustive representation before the respondent no. 3, who is in a position to verify the

In the event the petitioner files such representation along with a copy of this order within one month from today, the respondent no. 3 shall examine the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the representation filed by the petitioner after verification of the relevant records within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case which shall be the obligation of the respondent no. 3 to examine the relevant record and pass appropriate order.
