This appeal is filed against order dated 30.3.2019 passedin Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S.Case No.206 of 2018 by which the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant was rejected.

No body appears to press this application on behalf of the appellant, though the learned counsel for the informant is present.

Allegation against the appellant is that the appellant forcibly abducted the wife of the informant in order to outrage her modesty.

Learned counsel for the informant has opposed this appeal on the ground that there is allegation against the appellant of abducting the girl and abusing her with caste name .
