JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 and 30A of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In huge quantity Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the shop of one Rakesh Kumar@ Dhanna, who subsequently, disclosed that the seized liquor belong to F.I.R named accused Krishna Kumar Singh. The aforesaid apprehended accused also disclosed that petitioner and one Gaurav Singh were associate of Krishna Kumar Singh. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this

No.33584 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Excise, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 517 of 2018 ( CJS Excise Act Reg- No. 649 of 2018).
