The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/354(B)/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and the allegations under Section 379 are purely ornamental in nature. The dispute arose over the fact that the informant was in the habit of dirtying the area by letting her child on the street for the purpose of latrine which had infuriated the family of the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties with the injuries on the both the sides. The allegations with regard to Section 354(B) are also not specific.

Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
